Goals and objectives
BIM is more than just a tool. It is a building database and the workflow itself that covers the entire building life cycle. This class aims to understand BIM from both operational and theoretical perspectives.
Already, BIM is not "advanced technology". It is an "essential technology" for everyone who will practice architecture in the future.

Three Goals:
(1) Learning BIM, Visual programming and related software operations
(2) Understanding BIM management
(3) Understanding BIM workflow
Prerequisites
This class is not just a lecture, but actually using BIM.
Some people are good at 3D input, data aggregation, programming, etc., and some are poor at it, but there is no problem for poor.
If you are willing to submit an assignment, follow up to the end by uploading an additional operation video of the question after the class, taking another time to share the screen and explain and so on.

Be sure to refer to the document for installing the necessary software, uploaded in the 1st class folder before the 1st class.

Message for students
BIM is also used as a tool for architectural design, structural design and MEP, as well as production design, but it is not the only tool. The essence of BIM is "building database". In the future, all information about the building will be exchanged using BIM as a platform at all stages of Project planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance, and the life cycle of the building. BIM is an indispensable tool and essential knowledge for everyone. Understand the essence of BIM through this lesson.

Professor who actually used BIM on the job in the design firm will teach in his own text without using vender's text.
If you attend to the end and do your best to submit your assignments, you will be sure to understand BIM.
