Students who have certain expertise can be able to understand some local unique topics or the world common issues thorough interacting with overseas students and experts by participating in workshops and training seminars held overseas. Students become to be able to recognize some of Japan's unique characteristic through their experiences abroad.

If one wish to participate in workshops and training seminars will be held in overseas, it is necessary to submit specific guide materials and implementation guidelines for the project. And also it is necessary to do the presentation about one’s result in there through the research and trainings.
1 preliminary survey on the subject 2 reserach on the pilot study. 3 Participation in workshops / seminars (3 days or more in principle) 4 Presentation and critics the results of the workshop / seminar at the end of the period 5After returning home, summarize the results and report to one’s supervisor Evaluation
The supereviser will judge the grade with the result report witch are submitted after returning home. It is necessary to understand the presented issues, and be aware of them, and incorporate new proposals with sufficient expertise.
