Class1 Introduction to Fundamental and Applied Chemistry
Describe the major areas of fundamental and applied chemistry and explain their importance in research, industry, and society.

Class2 Alkanes and Cycloalkanes
Name simple alkanes and cycloalkanes and relate their structures to their properties.

Class3 Alkenes and Alkynes
Identify alkenes and alkynes and explain their basic reactions and practical applications.

Class4 Aromaticity and Aromatic Compounds
Explain aromaticity, identify simple aromatic compounds, and describe their basic reactions.

Class5 Functional Groups and Basic Organic Reactions
Identify common functional groups and explain selected organic reactions.

Identify common types of stereoisomerism and explain the importance of chirality in chemistry.
