This lecture explores research methods and analytical approaches in architectural planning under the theme of “scientific inquiry through everyday life.”
Architectural planning employs a wide range of research methods, and it is necessary to select appropriate methods according to the specific objectives of inquiry. Starting from familiar everyday contexts, living environments and ways of living are examined, and through investigation, analysis, and discussion, the course aims to develop approaches and solutions that contribute to improving the quality of life. The overall evaluation will be based on a report (50%) and presentations during the lectures (50%).
