In order to gain a general and constructive understanding of the state of urban renewal in Japan and abroad from the past to the present, students will choose a theme, conduct research, and make a presentation. This course aims to deepen students' understanding of urban regeneration through discussion and reflection on regeneration theories from different perspectives.

Ask students to conduct research and presentations on the subjects exemplified below, and discuss them with subjects to deepen their understanding.

Presentation etc. in class and evaluation by end term report. Evaluation ratio of presentation etc. and end of term report is generally 5: 5.
The GP is evaluated on a 6-point scale from A + to F, and those who obtain a grade of D or higher are passed.

At the end of each class, I will comment on the students' presentations and discussions.

Necessary materials will be distributed in class.
